Hope this isn’t too obvious a question, I searched a bit and didn’t see anything about it. I’m working on a two-pico remapper that might work better, but for now, with my single pico remapper, I have a Nyxi Flexi controller that doesn’t seem to talk to remapper via direct USB, only when using the USB bluetooth dongle it came with. It doesn’t seem to think it’s plugged into anything when I use the cord, and turns itself off eventually. It does work going wired straight into the computer (Linux Mint) but only in one of the two modes (xinput and dinput, I can’t tell which is which from the controller).
I’ve heard of this happening with various controllers and people’s computers. Is it normal? Is there anything I can do about it? Bluetooth isn’t ideal because of higher latency and ultimately I’d like to use remapper to add inputs from other devices. It’s not that important that it works with this specific controller, I’m just borrowing it, but I’m more trying to figure out if there’s a pattern I should know about when I go looking for another controller.
