Suggested Setup - PS5 Mouse and Keyboard Setup

I’ve been searching the forums here as well as google trying to understand a proper setup so that I could use my Mouse and Keyboard universally on PS5. What I’m planning to do based on all the videos and posts I’ve gone through is:

Mouse and Keyboard plugged into HID Remapper (4 port hub sold by Mavercade) which is then plugged into Brooks Wingman FGC 2 which is plugged into the PS5.

My question is will this work? Before I buy the remapper and brooks wingman, I want to know that I can plug my mouse and keyboard into the 4 port remapper and then that will plug into the Brooks Wingman and PS5. Everything should be mappable that way, creating a native input that the brooks adapter can convince the PS5 that it’s just regular controller inputs correct? Will everything be able to get the required power from the PS5 the way that I’m describing?

Yes, that’s how it works. Power should be fine unless your keyboard has like a million LEDs or something.

From the console’s point of view this setup looks like a DualSense.

The only thing missing is touchpad inputs (actual touch positions, the click works).
