I found out about HID Remapper from the Internet. Is it possible to swap one axis to other? For example, swap from Axis X to Axis Y on steering wheel/pedal set. I have Hori Truck Control System that’s not compatible with some games due to the way that the axis’s are assigned in the set. I tried software remappers but they don’t work.
In general yes, but keep in mind it can only act as a fixed number of device types. It can emulate several types of game controllers, but it won’t just appear as the same device you plug into it with axes swapped.
The wheel unit has 8 axis’s. I think that XBox gamepads have 6 axis’s. Is this possible?
Stadia controller and PS4 arcade stick emulated device types similarly have 6 axes.
